Use this saddle soap to clean your boots or other leather items prior to applying our boot butter for best results.

Description
We crafted this saddle soap for cleaning leather boots (and other leather items) prior to the application of our boot butter. This product should always be followed by an application of boot butter or another leather conditioner to avoid drying out the leather. Comes in a handy tin that that can be re-used, and our unscented lard soap can be ordered to re-fill the tin as it is the same formula as the saddle soap.
Ingredients: Lard, Water, Lye
Directions: Use a moderately wet rag to rub soap and build up a layer on the rag, then vigorously clean leather. Wipe off residue with a clean, dry rag. Follow with an application of boot butter or other leather conditioner.
